The Low Carbon Communities Network aim is to encourage the adoption of low carbon and zero carbon technologies and lifestyles at a community level, and to enable groups engaged in this to be as effective and efficient as possible. They are intending to achieve this aim through the medium of the internet and their web site includes news snippets, practical information, a blog, conference and details of current campaigns designed to promote a more environmentally friendly lifestyle.
