Sustainable Youlgrave wishes to thank the following for their invaluable assistance:
Sustainable Development Fund (via the Peak District National Park) for funding the £5,000 pre-feasibility study into anaerobic digestion; £1,000 for setting up our website; and £20,000 towards the full feasibility study into anaerobic digestion.
Community Renewables Initiative (via the East Midlands Regional Assembly) for funding of £6,720 the pre-feasibility study into wind energy.
Rural Solutions for a grant of £490 towards the Household Survey into local energy use.
Derbyshire Community Foundation - £1,000 award as core funds, including research and development work.
Derbyshire Dales District Council for a contribution of £200 towards routine admin costs and for £500 to cover the ‘Farmers’ Moot’.
Derbyshire County Council for awarding us a Greenwatch Action Award of £250 to purchase display materials and for £1,650 shared with Youlgrave Village Plan committee for local projects.
Future Friendly – £10,000 bursary for winning Community Action section of national awards.
East Midlands Development Agency for £20,000 towards the full feasibility study into anaerobic digestion.
